Ellen Boyle is a REALTOR Broker, Educator, Trainer, National Speaker, author, mother and grandmother. Her multiple roles in real estate span over almost 3 decades. She began her sales career in a large multi-office real estate company as a single mother of four and immediately rose to success selling over 100 homes yearly. She credits the business of real estate for taking her from rags to riches. She was consistently recognized and awarded as a Mega Listing agent. It was because of this that she was asked to share her skills to new agents in the company where she was licensed. This is when the shift happened in her career. She LOVED teaching and LOVED watching her students develop into Top Producers as a result of her training and encouragement to succeed. Ellen's real passion is building fellow Realtors through education which led her to being the founder of ELLEN BOYLE SEMINARS/THE REAL COACH, LLC - a Nationally known EDUCATIONAL, MOTIVATIONAL AND INSPIRATIONAL PROGRAM. Ellen's program is called BESTT (BUILDING- EXCEPTIONAL-SALESPEOPLE-THROUGH-TRAINING) and it is simply THE BEST! She has presented her program from coast to coast, specializing in the northeast market she grew up in. Ellen is a member of the National Speakers Association and the International Speakers Bureau. She has been a keynote speaker at the National Association of Realtor's Convention on multiple occasions as well as an invited speaker for many Women’s Council of Realtors Local & State Chapters, State & Local Boards of Realtors and various business organizations. Always open to exploring new territories in the business, she accepted a position as manager of a large real estate firm in NY. Within two years of leading the office, the profits quadrupled and ordinary agents became extraordinary. Ellen’s teaching is all reality real estate. She has not only walked the walk but now is taking the talk. Having enjoyed a very successful real estate career her passion now is to develop other agents. Ellen has spent the last 15 years training and speaking to professionals from coast to coast. She speaks to audiences including real estate agents and other related businesses. She regularly attends classes and conventions as a student to continually glean new information to share. Her programs are constantly changing with the basics staying the same throughout. It has been said that Practices and Principles is the plate and Ellen is the meat and potatoes. Ellen believes that teaching is empowered through motivation and inspiration and she is excellent at delivering both all with a twist of humor. As a cancer survivor, she learned how to turn lemons into lemonade. She loves what she does and often says when you truly love what you do, you’ll never work another day in your life.
